JOB DETAIL

  • Strong Knowledge on HR Modules i.e. Payroll, Time Attendance, Leaves, Performance Management , Training
  • Should have Minimum 3 years of experience on HR Products
  • Should be Passionate about learning New Functions
  • Analytical mind-set & good problem-solving skills
  • Should be willing to Travel within Country or out of country

Responsibilities

  • Work Closely with Project Manager for Installation , Configuration & Troubleshooting of Human Capital Management System
  • Assess/evaluate client requirements against scope of project, manage project plan and schedule
  • Should be responsible for installation & networking of different types Biometric Hardware
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication.
  • Troubleshooting Software/Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of our global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
  • Design Reports & Make Changes in Print Formats
    Attend to Support Calls.
