Minimum Qualifications:

1. Seven (7) years of FTE experience in applying analytical processes on IT  projects.
2. Five (5) years of FTE experience in writing and developing business and technical requirements including requirements traceability matrix, test scripts/scenarios and/or performing testing.
3. At least one (1) year of FTE experience assisting in the development of California Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) documents.
   1. Desirable: Experience developing Stage 1-4 documentation
4. Four (4) years of FTE experience in writing and developing agile methodology documentation.
5. Desirable: At least one (1) year of FTE experience assisting clients with procurement efforts

Scope of Work:

The BA will work with the team to provide expertise in analyzing, and implementing initiatives to support modernization strategic initiatives.

Team tasks include:

Requirements Gathering and Testing

Business Process Re-engineering

Project Approval Lifecycle Documentation

RFP/RFO Documentation

Knowledge Transfer
