- 10+ years’ experience in Payment’s technology and/or Operations/Business - ideally both and previously worked as System Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Extensive experience as an IT Business Analyst at major financial services company
- CBAP or CCBA certification preferred
- SAFe or CSM certification preferred
Payment Domain Knowledge base:
- A strong business and technical knowledge in disciplines surrounding a High and Low Value Payment Processing
- An understanding of an end-to-end flow of various Payment methods from initiation to settlement and tracking
- Payment messaging such as MT, MX formats, ISO200022 standards and FED/CHIP formats and interoperability among these formats
- Knowledge of or working experience of any payment hub or ecosystem
Payment platform knowledge (Atleast two):

Technical or Application Knowledge base:
- Knowledge of Development Lifecycles and Agile approach to project implementation and software used to support same: JIRA, BluePrint, Confluence

- Payment tracking mechanisms such as GPI
- User Interface design
- Technical background with knowledge of SDLC, JSON, XML and ability to write SQL queries
- Experience working with waterfall and agile development methodologies
- Understanding of systems engineering concepts
