JOB DETAIL

The Business Analyst provides strategic analysis services to business and delivery partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer s business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, the context in which the business operates, and translate them into technology requirements. The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end, to identify and address operational and tec hnological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Business analysts often are custodians of business requirements and product road maps, and act as a liaison between the customer teams and delivery teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

# Demonstr ate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution of action plans.

# Manage customer relationships and expectations, facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences.

# Ident ify and facilitate process design changes by conducting business systems process analysis and design.

# Producing required project documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, UATplan).

SPECIALIZATION

Well versed with PIM fucntionality and Retail specific business usecases and Business personas

Should have an exposure to PIM tools # inRiver or Riversand or Stibo - functional components

Should have implemented atleast 2 large scale solutions on one of these tools

Well versed with integration configuration, workflow, stewardship concepts

Expert in defining and business usecases, technical requirements and user roles

Ability to conduct PIM functionality trainings in train-the0trainer model

Ability to p articipate and lead discussions on business requirements with customers

Ability to define high level and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

Experience in blue printing PIM functional architecture

Ability to co-oridnate with product vendor s for any issues clarifications with regard to tool.
