MUST have University experience and “SAGE Suite” experience – a program which allows for Grant money/tuition assistance for college/university students/faculty use.

Senior Scrum Master for technical services related to implementing custom software development for the SAGE Suite (System to Administer Grants Electronically). Strong skills in Scrum Team management, Jira, Confluence, and Epic and User Story refinement (Work Break Down). Must be a strong communicator, collaborator, and continue to build trust within the team. Cross workstream communication and coordination skills needed with our Research Integration Platform Team with heavy emphasis on dependency management, and collaboratively help manage and resolve blockers, conflicts, and disagreements.

The following skills are required:

● 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with working knowledge and experience in managing teams for Data integrations/ Data migrations/ infrastructure upgrades and Software development.

● Knowledge and skill in managing scrum ceremonies and structures.

● Strong understanding of agile project management frameworks applied to technology.

● Experience with large complex projects with many dependencies.

● Jira/Confluence/Slack/Zoom proficiency
