Experience for Implementation and Development.

Experience on SaaS applications Oracle CX Sales and service Cloud (Part of Engagement Cloud),

Good Knowledge on all modules of Oracle Engagement Cloud.

Good Expertise in VBCS and OIC components is a must

Knowledge of CPQ, Bigmachine coding and integration with Engagement cloud would be an added advantage

Understanding of Cloud Architecture.

Proficient in Groovy Scripting, Mobile and Outlook Integration and Object Customization.

Should be able to build workflows, triggers, and Field Updates.

Integrations and Extension to PaaS (Workflow, Reports, APIs, and Error Handling)

Experience in Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud.

Secondary Functional Skills: These are good to have skills like Oracle CX platform.
