Qualifications:

2-6 years of experience required

 

•Coordination of the Program Releases and for Program Increment showcase working with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Strategic Initiative Owners •Managing all aspects of an IT program to ensure the program is implemented, accepted and accomplished within a set deadline.•Covering Communication Management, Budget Management, Quality Management, Schedule Management, and Issue / Risk / Dependency Management.•Enabling technology by collaborating with architects and enabler squads to understand the needs of Products / Services they support in a value stream.•Organizing and coordinating line managers who work on diverse aspects of technology development programs.•Serving as a liaison and building bridges among groups within and outside of the IT field. Translating corporate objectives into program objectives and practices.•Work intimately with the Scrum Masters and are responsible for the Scrum of Scrums at the Program level.

 

Responsibilities:

 

The Program Manager defines the objectives and develops suitable strategies for the program. The career progression begins with assignments to formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects and gradually shift towards assessing program performance in order to maximize ROI, controlling deadlines, budgets, etc. and evaluating project managers and other staff. '-Plans the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. -Develops an annual budget and operating plan to support the program. -Ensures that program activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization. -Ensures that program activities comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards. -Oversees the collection and maintenance of records on the clients of the program for statistical purposes according to the confidentiality/privacy policy of the organization. -Supervises program staff by providing direction, input, and feedback

 

-Coordinates the delivery of services among different program activities to increase efficiency. -Monitors and approves all budgeted program expenditures. '-Develops and implements long-term goals and objectives to achieve successful outcome of program. -Develops a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement. -Interviews and selects well-qualified program staff. -Establishes and implements a performance management process for all program staff. -Ensures all staff members receive orientation and appropriate training in accordance with organizational standards. -Monitors cash flow projections. Manages all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures.
