The Candidate will perform highly advanced design and development work as part of a project teamwith direction and guidance from Project Manager and Applications ServicesManagement. The Worker must have strong hands-on technical experience withReact.JS, Spring Boot, Java 1.8 , WebSphere, Struts development and provensuccess architecting, developing and implementing full stack web applicationsfor a large organization. The primary goal of the worker will be to drive,assist and implement web application upgrades.

CPA will require the Worker to work on thefollowing initiatives and will perform advanced analysis/programming tasks suchas:
?       Participating inall phases of SDLC, including design, software development and code review.
?       Performingextensive code reviews and analysis.
?       Writing reports oncode analysis to determine if industry standards and best practices are beingfollowed; provide analysis to address found short-comings.
?       Providing guidanceand knowledge sharing to existing development staff.
