Roles and Responsibilities
- Minimum 4-year experience in software development including team management and client handling in IT organization
- Strong working knowledge of HTML/CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel Framework and MySQL
- Functional knowledge in Traceability Solutions, hardware interface will be an added advantage
- Experience in client relationship management and project management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Client interaction for creating the technology specifications from business requirements for modules within the project
- To lead the software development as per the business requirements of the Customer while meeting the effort estimate and budget.
- Interact with all relevant teams to ensure efficient, coordinated development of software products across the company.
- Maintain project plans for software development and report back to management on the progress of projects.
- Ensure teams have a detailed understanding of client needs and provide mechanisms to validate products against the standards.
- Support end-to-end from initial concept, design and functional specification, code development,documentation and testing of the final product.
- Manage direct team members, oversee deliverables conduct staff appraisals, skill sets reviews and general personnel management.
- Conduct demonstration of the Companys products and services to customers where needed.
