Data QA Lead Requirement:
• Ability to understand complex business logic and source-to-target mapping artifacts.
• Familiar with disparate data sources and file formats.
• Ability to build validation queries and automation for test use cases.
• Create and run data queries to identify coding issues and data exceptions
• Ability to test large datasets to determine data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers on non-functional requirements and validation.
• Communicate validation results through regular test execution reports and keep stakeholders informed.
• Evaluate system performance and design and its effect on data quality.
• Minimum technical requirements: SQL, Python/PySpark, Alteryx, Excel, Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
