JOB DETAIL

· 10+ years of proven, professional experience as a Sr. Developer (Software Applications) for consumer-facing products.
· In-depth understanding of coding languages (Java/J2EE, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.) and frameworks (Spring, SpringBoot) and UI technologies (Angular preferred)
· Experience with CI/CD technologies and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
· Experience with 3rd party integration in SaaS applications (preferred).
· Experience with loan management system, complex transactional system in FinTech (preferred).
· Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills - including requirements analysis, detailed planning and risk assessment.
· Experience with scalable, low-latency, highly available distributed systems.
· Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA), enterprise SaaS application development and project management.
· Strong ability to build relationships with internal leadership at all levels, along with effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
· Experience working with version control using GIT/BitBucket.
· Experience with Groovy is a plus
· Excellent presentations, documentation, collaboration skills.
· Applicable certification strongly preferred
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and respond with urgency
Responsibilities:
· Lead and take ownerships of software deliveries and testing for projects, initiatives and features along with team members, partners and stakeholders.
· Drive troubleshooting of issues (for both production and pre-production), derive & optimize solutions for them.
· Work with geographically distributed teams and partners at different phases of SDLC.
· Partner with product and architecture to determine the best tech solutions to solve the existing business problems.
· Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, estimate, and plan.
· Continual research of current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
· Mentor and help contractors and other team members as required.
