This is an exciting opportunity to join the  IT Reporting & Analytics team. This team designs, publishes, and maintains IT metrics reporting across all areas of ITSM. Candidates who will excel in this role are self-motivated and focused on continuous improvement. This Sr Reporting Analyst role is primarily responsible for:
 
•             Developing and maintaining complex algorithms for Availability reporting across applications, infrastructure, and shared services
•             Developing data reconciliations and tools to research and analyze data with focus on improved analytics
•             Participating in special projects and ad-hoc reporting requests, as needed
•             Communicating with multiple business areas and staff levels
•             Maintaining documentation on reporting processes, procedures, and methodology

Required Qualifications
•             7 or more years of analytical experience, preferably in IT
•             3 or more years of experience with availability metrics
 
Preferred Qualifications
•             Experience with Tableau or similar visual analytics tools
•             Expert level experience with MS Excel & PowerPoint
•             Expert level experience with SQL
•             Solid mathematical and communication skills
