- Domain Consultant – CRM will be responsible for:
- Gathering the business requirements from C level executives/managers and Capabilities owners and creating a roadmap as per the direction.
- Analysis of existing Business System and Process of Client CRM Applications
- Strong presentation skills along with drafting an executive level PPT
- Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Requirement Management
- Understanding the current CRM applications and customer need for the TBD CRM applications
- Converting all discussions into an executive level presentations on the solutions
- Sound understanding or experience on CRM applications for any Bank or Cards issuer will be helpful
Required Qualification/skills:
- 6 + Years of Banking/Financial Industry Experience
- Experience or strong understanding of CRM in Cards or banking area is plus
- Mandatory skills : Business Analysis, Requirement Management, Requirement Gathering, Executive presentations
- H CRM, Banking, Cards, MS Office, Visio
- IT/Financial/Engineering/MBA degree
- Excellent communication skills
