JOB DETAIL

 

 Partner with CRM Manager on overseeing all elements of the SFDC ecosystem to ensure sound architecture, design and solution.

 Work with BA as needed to help in scoping of requests, translating business requirements into technical solutions and implementing them accordingly.

 Communicate technical solutions and design tradeoffs effectively to business stakeholders, and provide a delivery framework that ensures quality and success.

 Identify impediments to our efficiency as a team ("technical debt"), propose and implement solutions.

 Maintain coding standards, and conduct code reviews, user acceptance testing and maintain excellent documentation of all work as necessary.

 Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance.

 Help develop a long-term roadmap to ensure our Salesforce and other sales tools align with current and future business requirements.

 Identify ways the Salesforce system and team can increasingly support overall business objectives, drive enhancements and increase efficiencies across the organization.

 Partner with our Data Analytics team to help re-define and implement our data model, architecture, and strategy.

 Develop APEX and Visualforce solutions that follow Salesforce.com best practices and templating.

 Solves complex, large-scale customer challenges to produce solutions that maximize the full potential of the Salesforce Platform.

 Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests as needed.

 Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams

 Work with the BA, CRM Manager, and members of the user community to define development requirements

 As needed, help resolve support ticket submissions.

 Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions

 Expert understanding of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, and integrating with other Sales & Marketing applications.

 Experience with DemandTools, Salesforce CDP, Marketing Cloud, Boomi, Order Management applications

 Project management and leadership skills are essential

 Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure

 Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred

 Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II; Salesforce Certified Integration Architect; Salesforce Certified Data Architect; Salesforce Certified App Builder; Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect.

 Experience with Agile methodology
