Business Analyst - Job Summary:
- 7 to 10 years in Business analysis, requirement analysis, and documentation of functional requirements.
- 6+ years’ experience in P & C insurance domain is must
- Looking for someone, who have hands on experience in surety bond (Legal Bond) or surety is a promise by a surety.
- Good experience and knowledge about different Types of Commercial Surety Bonds.
- Good knowledge of Insurance and Surety products and customary contractual provision.
- Ability of elicit business and system requirements from stakeholders for Contract and commercial bonds in Surety Application e.g. Bond-Pro
- Experience in Surety application or similar is must.
- Strong experience in business analysis methodologies.
- Experience in working with business stakeholders.
- Assists in developing an overall change management strategy for the project.
- Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents business rules, functions, and requirements.
- Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality as required.
- Provides technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching professional and technical staff.
