Title: Site Reliability Engineer   This team is currently working on stabilizing UAT environment where they are testing applications for production related to the TDA integration/CD1 Length: 12 months (potential contract to hire – will be able to pay for sponsorship) Location: Austin preferred – would be ideal if they could come in 1-2x a week (can be remote only if a rockstar) IV: 2-3 rounds – either 1 tech and 1 behavior or depending on availability, 2 tech and 1 behavioral   Must haves:

• Strong troubleshooting experience.  They will help troubleshoot

internal Schwab applications.

•  
• They are dealing with issue resolutions, so they need to know how

to triage infrastructure and application issues.

•  
• Need to figure out where the issue is coming from by looking at

the end-to-end flow and use Splunk, monitoring tool, etc. and reach out to that team to address the issue.

• Need strong Understanding of how application works in a production

environment

• Experience with monitoring tools, Splunk, Grafana, App Dyanamics as

wells as experience w/load balancing, networking, MongoDB

• Understand  CI/CD deployment process – when app gets to

deployment – support scheduling – need to understand all artifacts for the deployments, CI/CD scrips and understand roadmap planning.

• Good communication skills - – they support many different domains
•  
• Experience with multi-cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, GCP, Cloud

Foundry

• Ability to write automation scripts for monitoring dashboards (any

scripting language like Python, Java, .NET is fine)
