Roles & Responsibilities:
- Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers. Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Collaborate with business areas and product owners to understand their needs and ensure effective translation into backlog stories (both user and technical)
- Consult on design and delivery of products and enhancements, and identify and implement business-as-usual standard operating procedures
- Drive continuous improvement strategies within an agile framework and ensure results are measurable
- Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints
- Become and remain knowledgeable on key business processes and systems and how they operate integrate
- Manage the relationship between IT, key stakeholders, and vendors on a regular basis and identifying all business initiatives and future projects
- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage technical solutions and emerging technologies to facilitate business solutions
- Lead resolution of issues with interfacing systems built on different technologies
