We need someone little senior who can guide and mentor the team(not required to be a Team Lead) and have atleast 4+ years' experience developer in Node.js.
VSON is a application which is migrated from Java to Node.js however this app needs a strong Node js expert on backend side to migrate all store procedures to Nodejs and familiar with memsql.
