About the role: This role will be joining the Intelligent Automation team, an area of the Digital organization that is constantly identifying opportunities for automation (RPA, ML, etc.) implementations to improve efficiency in various process areas throughout the Enterprise. The BA role (also known as a Process Engineer in this space) has huge opportunity to impact the organization in significant ways including revenue generation and overall delivery of modern, digital automated technologies.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a business analyst or process engineer
- Including specific experience supporting RPA or BPM automation initiatives
- Hands-on RPA background with Blue Prism in a professional environment
- Extensive experience working directly with hands-on development team in translating requirements & documenting processes
- Experience in an Agile, Enterprise level environment
- Strong customer facing communication skills to effectively work across multiple teams – stakeholders/business leaders & hands-on technical teams
- B.S. degree
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on RPA background with Blue Prism
- Industrial or Manufacturing industry experience – residential or commercial products
Responsibilities:
- Work with hands-on development team in robotic process automation efforts across Global enterprise
- Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project teams, and development team by effectively communicating the status of requirements within deployments
- Improve business processes by analyzing automation opportunities and documenting all processes throughout project stages
- Collect requirements for RPA initiatives and present/take part in high level leadership meetings for project deadlines and success
