JOB DETAIL

Individual Qualification (GAIQ)2. Knowledge on CCAI data analysis3. GTM, Google Analytics, Search Console, Adobe Analytics, andother web analytics platforms would be plus4. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/datasystems5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.6. Ability to make data-driven decisions.7. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.8. Strong communication and presentation skills. . Designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions (eg: reportingtools)2. Experience working on CCAI and related data analysis3. Crafting and executing queries upon request for data4. Presenting information through reports and visualization5. Translate business needs to technical specifications6. Maintain and support data analytics platforms7. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerBi, and Data Studio would be a plus8. Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses9. Create visualizations and reports for requested projects10. Develop and update technical documentation11. Facilitate efficient and error-free reporting ? using SQL and Power BI12. Identify and drive resolution of gaps in data reporting13. Identify and implement reporting process improvements14. Set up a tracking mechanism (eg. event and conversion tracking) on the website and otherdigital assets such as mobile apps15. Set up dashboards and develop models for data presentation to head of departments and16. suggest recommendations for business performance improvement17. Work closely with in-house teams and maintain client relationships through scheduling regularly meetings to go through reports and provide actionable insights18. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
