- 10+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect
- Experience in setting up enterprise architecture CoE and related processes
- Must be TOGAF certified. Must have good knowledge of modeling standards such as ArchiMate and BPMN
- Familiar with EA meta model definition, standards and governance process
- Familiar with developing EA policies, roles and responsibilities
- Experience in developing reference architectures, software evaluation frameworks
- Hands on experience in using EA tools such as ARIS
- Experience in EA blue printing and analysis
- Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and strong customer facing skills
