Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related degree and three to five (3-5) years of relevant experience or combination of education, training, and experience

 Skills:

 

 Creates detailedbusiness requirements for functional (e.g., business processes, rules) andnon-functional (e.g., data, security) capabilities.

 

 Gathers and interpretsinformation from multiple sources (including databases, interviews, etc.) andmakes recommendations.

 

 Provides support forapplication development teams including documenting business processes.

 

 Translates technicalconcepts to business audience and business information to a technical audience.

 

 Participates indeveloping estimates and implementation plans for technical solutions.

 

 Partners with teammembers to develop project schedules, reports and documentation. May berequired to act as project lead on small to medium projects and/or providedirection to others on the team.

 

 Understands and appliesprinciples in risk management, issue tracking and change management.

 

 Performs other dutiesand responsibilities as assigned.

 

 Education:
