Candidate Technical and skills profile:
Role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing day 1 and frequently followed by those they will be doing as the project/work progresses:

Required to lead various Hadoop Based Business Applications
Will be required to build solutions to automate the work stream of Run the Bank teams.
Will be required to work closely with Development teams to understand the application and resolve incidents
Will work with audit requirements, currency compliance, certification reviews, as well as upgrading adjunct systems
Will gain exposure to new systems from a developer standpoint.
To be on call for some late night and weekend support on-need basis
Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques, and the ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical (hardware, software, application or operational) problems.
Knowledge of the technical language and writing approach, and the ability to write paper-based and on-line technical reference documentation (guidelines, standards, procedures, processes, applications, etc.)
Develops, tests and implements software solutions.
Designs software solutions to address business needs.
Writes code, tests and deploys software.
Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software.
Maintains and debugs software.

Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version) of the position in priority order:
Hadoop
Big Data
Linux
Python
Teradata
Bachelor's required (software engineering, computer science, and/or related field) Master's preferred (software engineering, computer science, and/or related field)
5+ years of related work exp.
Detail-oriented, punctual, team-player, strong communication
