Two years’ experience in Energy Efficiency Industry and Programs
Platforms and include integration and authentication across systems; manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale; articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for a technical architecture. Collaborate with Functional team to determine how best to implement solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc.)
Responsible for support, maintenance, operation, and upgrades of Salesforce applications and corresponding interfaces
Be part of management team that manages the relationships with external partners including software vendors, consultants, and program implementers technical teams.
Solution components that are outside of the Salesforce platform
Apply expert platform knowledge, Security, Application Integration and data Migration
Partners with stakeholders and customers across Customer Energy Solutions to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and priority.
Partners with Sales (Business Development Managers), Vendors and Implementation contractors to understand the sales/marketing journey and how to meet their needs via Salesforce products (CRM, Energy & Utility Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and LCAP platform.
Propose, conceptualize, design, implement and provide End to End Technical Solutions
Escalation point and solutions architect for Salesforce technical issues
Review the technical design of existing salesforce solutions for optimizing performance
Support the team in complex situations related to auditing, troubleshooting, and resolution of data integrity/quality issues for new and existing programs using the Salesforce and other available enterprise wide platforms.
Perform other related tasks and assignment as required

Salesforce Developer Certification required.
Assignment Details
Demonstrated knowledge in an Agile Framework.
Demonstrated knowledge of XML, SOSQL, SOSL, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, and Automation.
Experience with Salesforce API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk).
Experience with environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, Salesforce CLI and CI/CD tools.
Expert knowledge of Object-Oriented programming.
Minimum of 6 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Lightning Components, APEX Classes, Process Builder, Community Sites, Triggers, Visualforce, Approval Processes, Aura, Vlocity Components and Flow.), integrations, and developing and executing data migrations.
Minimum of 6 years of experience creating technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
Two years’ experience in Energy Efficiency Industry and Programs.
Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions - cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation and management.
Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies.
