1) Python Industrial experience and intensive usage of data frames like Pandas
2) Strong exposure to Python Libraries (Scipy etc )
3) Strong Python Package experiences (Numpy, SQLAlchemy, Pyside etc)
4) Django/Flask Framework experience
5) Strong SQL/RDBMS experience
6) Perl/SCripting and Java experience is a plus
7) Nice to have any UI exposure (React , Javascript, HTML)
