    1. Create PowerBI reports & migrate some reports from Tableau to PowerBI
    2. Solid experience with requirements gathering and data visualization
    3. Primary skill is PowerBI
    4. Secondary skill is Tableau, if possible
    5. Some knowledge of ITSM processes and data is preferred
    6. Some knowledge of Availability reporting is desired
