Business solutions – procurement service management 

• Network solutions for business across the world. Simple use cases like org needs network service and need wifi for customers – they have different services around this
• They were using procurement service management to provision from end to end (i.e what kind of service, equipment, licensing, do we have it in stock, ship to customer, etc) 
• Does not need VA or SM
• Needs procurement background to configure the module – it used to be under ITAM and had basic function but for PSM they bundled some modules to its own separate. Launched with 
• Operation Management 
• PSM – works with HAM & SAM so that background would be pretty important
• This is integrated with multiple systems and the data comes into PSM (both upstream and downstream) using Rest APIs and SOAP – any experience here is a plus 

Procurement Service Management (PSM):
Implementation experience of ServiceNow Procurement Service Management (PSM) module is required
Implementation experience of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module is a plus
Implementation experience of ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) module is a plus
