Job Description :
- Monitoring field staff in reporting mobile app.
- Schemes/Trade circular – Preparing & maintaining record of schemes of all states after getting approvals from Director sir.
- Coordinating with vendors in arrangements of meetings (Budget meets, conferences etc.)
- Collecting & Maintaining of Plan vs stock movement report & POG report from all the state in-charges.
- Maintaining record of Pre & Post season promotional activities and their expenses.
- Coordinating with designer for the designs of Packing material, POP & Advertisements (Magazine).
- · Maintaining the records of Purchase orders & Invoices – POP, Packing materials & Advertisements.
- · Communicate with vendors, take the quotations, after the final approval from director sir place the orders and coordinate with them till the material gets delivered to the concern address.
- · Arranging virtual meetings for marketing staff with Director sir & Keeping record of Meeting Minutes.
- · Follow-up for the remarks allotted & given by Director sir in all the meetings.
- · Maintaining & monitoring the sales plan vs Achievements for all the states.
- · Data Analysis on Collecting & maintaining record of Monthly collection plan, rolling sales plan
- · Keeping record of Internships details (Candidates, project work, Presentations etc.) & Minutes of the presentations & delivering the same to concern managers & Director sir.
