-Liaising with developers and various teams to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives for internal projects to the team as well as projects external to our team
-Ensuring that deliverables are met by our team
Creating and following changes, incidents, problems associated with our team
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
-Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in either Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Project Management related field or equivalent experience.
Experience in supporting application teams and Troubleshooting in a DEV, Stage, UAT, and Production environment.
Must be able to provide on-site, and on-call 7x24x365 support, as needed
Ability to clearly communicate with peers, business analysts, and subject matter experts
