The Business Analyst will help drive various initiatives across the Enterprise Technology Services. You will manage quality engineering backlog, status, assets, and technical write-ups. You will help teams stay on track to deliver set goals using agile principles.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage backlog for various teams via digital.ai (VersionOne).

• Train team on agile principles, and conduct PI, retrospective, and prioritization meetings.

• Understand user needs and system capabilities to develop specific requirements and visual workflows.

• Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.

• Prepare leadership presentations to demonstrate ideas and provide status-Strong Excel, and PowerPoint skills are required to analyze data to identify and present specific findings.

• Create concise, informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting highlighting trends and benefits.

• Improve processes and display tangible output.

• Performance regular project cost analysis and product resource assignment.

• Create self-service options with tools such as MS Forms for frequently requested items.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

• Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)

• Deep knowledge of software development in an agile environment

• Expertise in managing agile backlog using one of the prominent agility tools, preferably digital.ai (VersionOne).

• 6 years of business analysis and/or relevant experience.
