8+ years of experience

Must have:

  • Development experience in configuring ServiceNow ITOM or ITSM modules.
  • Ensure adherence to all ITIL processes
  • Experience in Service Portal, develop apps for ServiceNow store.
  • Experience in integrating any external products like Salesforce, Ticketing tools, Monitoring tools like AppDynamics with ServiceNow.
  • Experience in developing ServiceNow scoped applications.
  • Experience in developing Service catalogs, workflows, Catalog scripts, macros etc.
  • Experience in ServiceNow Scripting like Scripted Rest APIs, Business rules, client scripts etc.
  • Experience in using ServiceNow REST API, ACLs, data policy, notifications, email scripts etc.
  • Experience in Data load, transform creation and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen to learn new technology and tool sets
  • Comfortable with ServiceNow CMDB.

Good to have:

  • Experience in Application Portfolio Management/Discovery/Service Mapping/Asset Management
