Job Description: Our client is in need of a strong Technical Project Manager to support a phone system upgrade (Cisco UCCM experience is a must). Will impact multiple areas, including Call Center, Dispatch, etc. Immediate start.

Senior-level technical PM with solid overall PM skills and exemplary soft skills.

PMI Certified is always preferred by the client. 

Cisco UCCS experience is a must with the client

Our client is in need of a strong Technical Project Manager to support a large phone system migration (Cisco UCCX is the current).

The client will be migrating off of Cisco UCCX and most likely to a cloud based solution like Ring Central or Five 9. The selected Project Manager will have experience with migrating off of an onsite IVR to a Cloud based IVR.
