To be qualified for this position, you:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ Years in Administration and Development with ServiceNOW Platform with a focus on Architecture
Demonstrated expertise in implementation of ServiceNOW technologies and driving digital transformation
6+ years of experience in a system engineering role with 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNOW Platform
4+ years of ServiceNOW Development
ServiceNOW Certifications is must
ServiceNOW Development using native tools
Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and common service level agreement (SLA) measurements
Deep working knowledge of most or all of the following: ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, LSD, CMDB, Service Portal, Integration Hub, Flow Designer
Experience with Asset lifecycle management processes and concepts is a plus
Hands-on experience with and demonstrated proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, or other related languages and libraries is a plus
Integrations with WebServices & APIs (SOAP and REST) is a plus
Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNOW integration solutions including: ServiceNOW APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS is a plus
 

What you will be doing:
Responsible for all aspects of the lifecycle of the ServiceNow platform, including design, development, planning, implementation, configuration, and ongoing support
Perform ServiceNOW implementation tasks including but not limited to: configuration, integration and testing
Facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and workflows
Develop systems integrations and process automation – fully utilizing the platform’s workflow capabilities, including Flow Designer
Working knowledge of Mobile and Virtual Agent
Support, edit, and create integrations to other products and services including the use of Integration Hub and Orchestration, APIs, and relation transform mappings
Customize ServiceNOW configurations, including custom scripts, workflows and orchestration activities
Offer technical solutions to address complex requirements
Reviews technology projects, analyze business requirements, recommends system changes, writes technical specifications, and implements system and system changes to address changing application requirements.
Develops project plans to direct technology activities either in support of application projects or as independent work activities.
