     POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our Project Management practice group is currently seeking a Technical Agile PM who has strong experience with the Oracle Hyperion Application and financial experience, to support one of our global Healthcare devices/Life Science clients, based out of Marlborough, MA.

In this role, the Technical Agile Project Manager will be responsible for initiation and managing of IT projects for the implementation of Oracle financial systems for a global business in a dynamic environment. A successful candidate would leverage effective agile practices working collaboratively with various divisions and cross functional teams globally while delivering cost-effective implementation exceeding stakeholder expectations.


POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Ability to facilitate daily cross-functional agile meetings as well as lead and participate in sprint planning, sprint demo and iteration meetings.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives: Help with calendar activities, create Agile phases etc.
  • Experiences with managing agile development teams, ensuring all activities use the principles of the SCRUM Framework.
  • Define application project charter, project scope, assess impact, determine implementation approach determine schedule, budget, resource needs working with various global stakeholders.
  • Strong Project Management, Agile Scrum and Kanban skills
    Align to business and IT priorities by effectively leveraging agile methodologies, while coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Effectively utilize the PM Framework, leveraging the tools like Service Now, JIRA, PM tools and other collaboration tools for increased productivity.
  • Effective communicator, who is flexible and adaptable to work with global teams in adjusting to different time zones and cultures, in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Lead team to resolve all program/project issues and constraints, effectively communicate, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts working closely with team and leadership.
  • Build and execute operational and technical project plans, facilitate all project gate reviews, and effectively escalate issues to meet the project milestones/goals.
  • Actively manage scope and change aligning to business priorities, identify risks and issues, prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously and proactively, follow-through on projects to successful completion with minimal guidance, often with deadline pressures.
  • Provide regular status update to the Leadership and Management team with constant drive to make improvements to the outcomes.
  • Demonstrate high adaptability and flexibility to take responsibility to support new projects that has priority and as communicated.
