Minimum Qualifications:

-4 years of technical project managementexperience, preferably within an enterprise marketing automation or emailmarketing space

-Experienced in setting up project timeline andwork breakdown structure in a highly technical environment

-Strong understanding of Agile methodology andframeworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.

-Aptitude to quickly understand data flows,systems and technical concepts in order to explain to business partners

-Ability to work independently with little or nosupervision while maintaining a high level of efficiency, within a distributedremote and global organization

-Ability to lead effective calls, identifydecisions made, and clearly state action items

-Strong verbal, written, presentation, andinterpersonal communication skills that are tailored to reach all audiencetypes

-Strong attention to detail and focus on taskcompletion

-Highly proficient in Google Docs, Slack,LucidChart, Smartsheets, GUS, virtual meeting & collaboration software

-Technology- Familiarity with our tech stack ishelpful: Salesforce Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud, Tableau Server, modernwebsite authoring tools and CMS platforms.

-Experience working within or with enterprisescale organizations in a consultancy / professional services capacity is a plus

-Project delivery experience within SaaS, CRM,MAP (Marketing Automation Platform) is strongly preferred, especially projectswithin the Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent.

-Certifications - PMP or CSM

-Education - We prefer a Bachelor's degree inbusiness or computer science, or equivalent business experience
