Minimum Qualifications:
- Highly proficient backend development skills in Ruby on Rails and Python
- Proficient knowledge and experience on REST API, OAuth/OIDC, RPC/Protobuf
- High level of business acumen with ability to consider all dimensions of business issues into solution design.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to "think outside the box".
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in using Datadog, Sentry, SQL query for development and debugging.
- Experience in deployment and scaling of cloud-based services
- Ability to size, prioritize, manage tasks and commit to agreed deadlines
