- 5+ Years in Administration and Development with ServiceNOW Platform with a focus on Architecture
- Demonstrated expertise in implementation of ServiceNOW technologies and driving digital transformation
- 6+ years of experience in a system engineering role with 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNOW Platform
- 4+ years of ServiceNOW Development
- ServiceNOW CSM or FSM Certifications is must
- ServiceNOW Development using native tools
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and common service level agreement (SLA) measurements
- Deep working knowledge of most or all of the following: ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, LSD, CMDB, Service Portal, Integration Hub, Flow Designer
- Integrations with WebServices & APIs (SOAP and REST) is a plus
