A UX practitioner with extensive interaction design experience designinge-commerce carts, preferably in the automotive sector is desired.

The Designer will initially design a parts/service estimate and invoice builderwhere dealers search and select parts and services for inclusion into repairand maintenance event 'carts.' The estimates are for semi-truck servicing.Users will need to build, review, share and edit carts for approval by theircustomers. The designer will also work on other flows required by the repairmanagement team.

Inputs
Parts and services will entered by dealers, and eventually customers. Itemswill be recommended by the system for inclusion into estimates based on faultcodes and other data. The system will recommend add-ons, upsells andcross-sells as well.

Outputs
The estimate generated by the tool is shown in our systems for customerapproval.

Desired Outcome
An intuitively usable tool that reduces estimate creation time-to-completion,increases ease-of-use, generates clean, clear, easy-to-understand estimates fordisplay in our other systems and print. We are ultimately looking to drivebusiness by reducing estimate turn-around-time - reducing cost, and increasingbusiness conversions.
