So what does this role really need?
- 7+ years solid background in Cyber Security (IT infrastructure)
- Experience in managing stakeholders – presenting, pushing back, updating, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with both in person and virtual team members
- Ability to Travel (10%)- In Boston/Connecticut area able to go to plants about twice a month
- Small to medium size project management experience- someone who is organized, knows how to put teams together and has an understanding of agile or waterfall
- Needs to be technical and hands on
- 70% Consulting, 30% Hands On
- This is not a manager or director role – no direct reports – true consulting
- Must have Infrastructure expertise
- Hands on experience with risk assessments and incident responses
What would be nice to see in a candidate?
- 4 year college degree or higher, experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- ITIL Certification
- CISSP Certification (or other various security certs)
- Consulting experience
