·         You’re a creative problem solver who loves to explore and uncover the issues. You are decisive. Communicating what you’ve uncovered in a way that can be easily understood by others is one of your strengths. 

·         You are phenomenal at influencing up, down, and across groups.

·         You’ll need to have: A degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics/Business Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or in a related field; ideally an MBA.

·         Experience investigating and solving complex technical problems and data discrepancies.

·         Experience working with business intelligence systems to provide diagnostic self-serve information to clients and business units.

·         Experience with SQL/NoSQL or equivalent programs.

·         Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentation creation.

·         Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning tools, such as Pega Systems.

·         Business intelligence/visualization software experience (e.g. Tableau, Splunk, or Kibana).

·         Data mining, preparation and modeling experience.

·         Statistical analysis language experience.

·         Data preparation tool experience.

·         Communication and presentation skills.

Even better if you have:

Degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, computer science, or economics. 
Experience with Tableau or similar visual analysis tool, optimization, analytics and large data sets, developing visually compelling interactive dashboards.

·         Good understanding of database concepts (Oracle, MS SQL, generic SQL, etc.).

·         Solid understanding of data warehouse and data lake architecture (Teradata, Hadoop).

·         Good understanding of third party analytic tools.

·         Certification in Pega Systems RTIM platforms.
