·      Must have 10+ years of experience in Software Industry

·      Must have architect and hands on experience in AEM

·      Should have a proven track record of delivering successful applications in AEM

·      Should have in depth understanding of AEM 6+ components (templates, widgets)

·      Should have in depth understanding of AEM Architecture

·      Should be able to implement Workflows in AEM

·      Able to use out of box components in AEM

·      Should be able to implement Dynamic media

·      Can architect and design solutions on Enterprise AEM based on business requirements

·      Estimate and implement the plan for the requirements, ensure timely delivery with desired quality

·      Successfully integrate AEM with existing legacy systems

·      Lead the team, guide the team and review their progress

·      Work closely with product owners, other stake owners

·      Can take responsibility for the migration and maintenance of the various web properties onto AEM
