Strong writing skills – translate technical subjects to lay person, IT avenues, cloud literate, platform service infrastructure. 
Previous BA role on cloud implementation 
Ability to write Business case, value case, cost benefit analysis, quantitative analysis 
Willing to train agencies on roles and responsibilities on cloud 
Development of training content 

Creative aspect and thinking preferred 
Must be comfortable reaching out to agencies and articulate the message 
Currently the state has over 5,000 applications need to be migrated to the cloud platform(s)
