18+ years of experienced in data modelling principles, and Data Warehouse/ETL programs
Experienced in modernizing legacy ETL programs/applications (for instance using Spark)
Extensive experience with enterprise data architecture for transactional systems, analytical platforms, master data management, data governance framework, data integration and large-scale data migration
Experience with relational and non-relational data platforms
Experience in DevOps
Financial service industry acumen and experience to lead large cross-functional initiatives in information architecture, reference models management and data integrations
Understanding of data governance, management, and data capabilities needed for a robust data program in support of business objectives.
Experience in leading the establishment of data capabilities at an enterprise level.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, appreciation of the enterprise data vision.
Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in absence of detailed instructions.
Impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate effectively with management, vendors, and global teams.
Ability to influence senior Data Governance, Compliance, Operational Risk and Audit, and other key business stakeholders.

Experience of change management with program/project management or PMO experience in using a structured methodology to successfully track, plan, monitor, and report on concurrent, multiple projects.
