•Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field a plus
•Experience: 5-7 years of work-related experience.
•Preferred skills/knowledge:
- Experience in working with data and data structures.
- oAdept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations
- oProficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, to be used for data set analyzing
- oExperience in designing and executing SQL queries to manage database schemas and data.
- oExperience working with structured file formats such as XML and JSON.
- oKnowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python will be a plus
- oTechnical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, and segmentation.
- oKnowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, PowerBI
- oKnowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions
•Applications:
- oProficiency with MS Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook)
- oStrong, hands-on knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS and other ETL tools
- oHands-on knowledge of Salesforce/any CRM tool and Bswift/any Ben Admin tool are good to have
•Travel: Minimal travel required.
