JOB DETAIL

  • High level Project Mngt skills, 5-7 years managing Enterprise, IT and SaaS implementations, strong ITIL and ServiceNow implementation experience, good understanding of ITIL concepts (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, etc), must know ServiceNow application suite.
  • Project Management skills over ServiceNow is most important.
  • Manage the vendors from a PM perspective.
  • What projects will they be working on?  Strategic Tech projects – Primary focus is to manage the ServiceNow Enterprise ITSM implementation globally – Someone to run the project internally, not from the vendor side.

 

Job Description:

Education and Work Experience:

  • University degree in Information Technology, or business administration and/or 3-5 years equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience managing IT Technology and Enterprise Software Implementation projects.
  • Must be highly organized with strong ITIL and ServiceNow implementation experience.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; heavy emphasis on the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of project delivery methodologies
  • Experience working in a matrixed global organization where success requires broad orchestration of resources and services
  • Strong understanding of the business impact of IT tools, technologies, and policies
  • PMP certification is a strong plus.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Understanding of ITIL concepts and ServiceNow application suite – ITSM, ITBM, ITOM etc.
  • Utilize knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies
  • Deliver on commitments (high quality, on budget, on time) while working on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Comfortable relating openly, honestly, and consistently with diverse groups of people.
  • Act decisively for improvement in both projects and in the organization including addressing urgent, time sensitive, or critical issues.
  • Use leadership skills to align project and department goals with the organization's and sponsor's goals.
  • Lead a project team, create, and maintain group cohesiveness, interact with internal and external customers, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Work in a fast-paced, hybrid/agile environment
  • Possess a willingness and ability to work non-standard hours to support delivery of time-critical project deadlines.
  • Properly set priority and order for work
  • Ask for help and provide it to others.
