 Responsibility  :

• POC preparation (e.g. access to sample content, IAM roles)
• Sample content analysis
• POC use case elaboration and translation to project activities – functional, access control, etc.
• Fitment of activities into agreed timeline
• Customer communication to clarify expected output
• Coming up with golden set of queries and ensuring buy-in from customer
• Traceability of final demo to the agreed POC plan
