Experience inPerformance Analysis

* Experience developingon SaaS (Software as a Service) based tools (ServiceNow), with focus onimplementing ITIL processes

* ServiceNow platformdevelopment

* ServiceNowadministration

* Experience withrelease/version upgrades including scheduling cloning and migration of datafrom instances with ServiceNow

* Responsible fortroubleshooting problems as reported by users

* Supports Web accessand electronic messaging services and maintains a secure systems environment

* Communicateseffectively with management and other members of the project

* Integration ofdisparate systems using SOAP and REST APIs

* Mid-Server Configuration(to facilitate REST calls and discovery); CMDB configuration and integration

* Creation of WebServices for data integration

* Additional duties asassigned and defined by management

Qualifying Experienceand Attributes

* 6-8 years ServiceNow developmentexperience

* 4-5 years inperformance analytics space
