Minimum 8 years of experience
• Bachelor's degreein computer sciences or information system management required
• Experience infinancial services or captive auto finance companies is a strong plus
• Ability tointegrate with large teams, demonstrating strong verbal and writtencommunication skills
• Applicationdevelopment experience in large scale enterprise environments is essential
• Problem-solvingskills and critical thinking are essential to effectively conduct the requiredtasks.

JobDescription/ Requirements:

• Modify existing application code or interfaces orbuild new application components from detailed requirements.
• Analysis of requirements, support of the design,development of the code, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance ofthose programs and interfaces. Documentation of the work is essential
• Participation in most aspects of programming andapplication development, including file design, update, storage, and retrieval
• Ability to maintain the developed solution on anon-going basis is essential
• Formulate concepts, define system scope andtechnical objectives based on user needs (requires very good written and verbalcommunication skills, ability to easily grasp business concepts, and possessesskills to build a vision)
• Enhance processes to resolve operational problemsand add new functions taking into consideration schedule, resource constraints,process complexity, dependencies, assumptions and application structure
• Candidate is required to follow the existingdevelopment methodology and coding standards, and ensure compliance with theinternal and external regulatory requirements
• May guide various groups on application systemsactivities
• Work under general directions; typically reportsto a team lead or supervisor/manager
