This resource should have a strong Microsoft .NET development background with extensive experience using Visual Studio 2022, C#, ASP.NET Core 3.1 (and higher) and Microsoft SQL server experience required.  UI/UX design experience is a plus.  The position requires the ability to design and build new web based applications that adhere to the Conservation and Environment Delivery Center coding standards and must comply with the Commonwealths Digital Accessibility Policy.
