Guiding a team to migrate applications from on-prem Hadoop ecosystems to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). As a Scrum Master, you will provide guidance to the team using SAFe Agile practices to produce excellent quality deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate scrum events like daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
- Ensure team members follow agile /scrum process & guidelines
- Ensure impediments are removed for the team.
- Set product direction
‘Must Have’ Experience:
- 8+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master
- Experience in Jira/confluence or similar products.
- Good communication, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Experience working on a Data platform
- Experience working within a Hadoop ecosystem
- SAFe agile experience with certification
- Healthcare domain projects work experience
‘Nice to Have’ Experience:
- Scrum master certification
- On-prem to Cloud migration experience
